Belmond hosts several industries, including Printing Services, Inc., which has nationwide printing customers and several other industries. BGA works with prospective companies to provide building sites, city services, and financial assistance.

Family farms, surrounding the community, are an important part of our heritage. Agriculture industries in the area offer a full complement of implements, fertilizer, and chemical products. Some of the industries include; Syngenta, an agricultural seed company. New Cooperative is a major grain handling company. Farm and Home Publishers has been in business for over 25 years and is the largest publisher of farm plat and directory books. Other agri-businesses are grain elevators and a variety of agri-suppliers and services.
