Edmunds Gov Pay

The City of Belmond is switching to a new software company, EdmundsGovTech as of July 1, 2026. If you were signed up for automatic withdrawal through FrontDesk, that system has been terminated.

Moving forward your payment options are as follows: 

1. Pay online through the “Pay Utility Bill” link below or going to edmundsgovpay.com/Belmond. There will be charged a convenience fee if you use a credit card or a transaction fee if you use E-Check.
2. Sign up for ACH, forms found below and within links below. No fee is associated with this payment method.
3. You can also continue to pay in person at City Hall. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM or in the night dropbox.

We are also asking people to fill out a new Water Service Agreement Form to make sure all our information is up to date. Unless you are moving into a new residence, you do not need to pay the deposit.
